Download TikToks on a Samsung Galaxy
SnaqTik · 2026-10-07
Galaxy phones ship with two browsers — Samsung Internet and Chrome — and both work with SnaqTik. The clip lands in My Files → Downloads and shows up in Gallery on its own.
Using Samsung Internet
- Copy the link in TikTok (Share → Copy link).
- Open Samsung Internet and go to snaqtik.com.
- Paste, tap download, choose a format.
- Samsung Internet shows a notification; tap it to play the clip.
Samsung Internet keeps its own list under ☰ menu → Downloads. Chrome works the same way — see the Chrome guide if you prefer it.
Where to find it
Open My Files (the yellow folder icon, often inside a "Samsung" app folder) → Downloads. In Gallery, open Albums and look for the Download album.
Samsung-specific tips
- Secure Folder: to keep a clip private, long-press it in My Files → Move to Secure Folder.
- Device care: if downloads fail with no error, Settings → Device care → Storage shows how much space is really left.
- Video Editor: Gallery's built-in editor can trim the clip without installing anything.
Older Galaxy models with small storage benefit from saving the regular MP4 instead of HD; the file size guide explains the difference.
Frequently asked questions
Samsung Internet or Chrome — which is better?
Both save the same file. Samsung Internet has a built-in ad blocker option; Chrome syncs with your Google account. Use whichever you already open.
Does Samsung's Secure Folder hide videos from Gallery?
Yes. Files moved into Secure Folder only appear inside Secure Folder's own Gallery.
Will this work on Galaxy Tab?
Yes, the steps and folders are identical on Galaxy tablets.
