Download a TikTok Profile Picture in Full Size
The app shows a tiny circle. The original is much bigger.
TikTok stores every profile picture at a far larger size than the circle it shows. To save one: copy the profile link (or type the @username), paste it into SnaqTik and tap Download. You get the full-size JPG, usually 720×720 or 1080×1080.
How to download
Copy the profile link
On the profile, tap Share profile → Copy link. Typing the @username works too.
Paste it into SnaqTik
A video link works as well: SnaqTik uses the creator’s username in it.
Save the picture
Tap Download profile picture. The full-size JPG goes to your downloads.
Why is it sharper than a screenshot?
The app shrinks avatars to a small thumbnail to save data, so a screenshot only captures that thumbnail. The account’s original upload stays on TikTok’s servers, and that is the file SnaqTik fetches.
A profile picture is public even when the account is private, so this works for any account that exists. SnaqTik only reads the picture, never a private account’s videos. The picture still belongs to its owner: keep a copy for reference, but don’t repost it or use it to pose as someone else. Read more in how to download a TikTok profile picture.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work for private accounts?
Yes. A profile picture stays public even when the account is private. SnaqTik never sees that account’s videos.
Will the person know I saved their picture?
No. SnaqTik doesn’t use your TikTok account, and viewing a public profile picture sends no notification.
Why does it say the account was not found?
Check the spelling of the username. Banned or deleted accounts no longer have a profile picture to save.
Is SnaqTik free?
Yes, 100% free — no download limits, no hidden fees, and HD is never locked behind ads.
Do I need to log in or install an app?
No. SnaqTik runs entirely in your browser on any phone or laptop. Paste a link, pick a format, done.
Do you store my links or videos?
No. Processing is transient and files stream straight to your device. Download history lives only in your browser and can be cleared anytime.
Is downloading TikTok videos legal?
For personal use (offline viewing, archiving your own work) it’s generally fine. Don’t re-upload someone else’s work without permission — respect creators’ copyright.
Why can’t some videos be downloaded?
Private, deleted, or age-restricted videos can’t be accessed by any tool. More in 7 reasons TikTok downloads fail.
