What SnaqTik stores about you

On your device

• Recent downloads (up to 20 items) — kept in your browser's local storage so you can find a clip again. The Clear history button deletes it.
• Theme and language choices.
• Sponsored-tab preference (off unless you switch it on).

On our side

• Your link is processed for a moment to find the formats; the file streams straight to you. Videos are not stored.
• Anonymous counters: how often a public video is downloaded, and daily totals per country and format. They are numbers, not people.
• A short-lived fairness counter stops abuse; it uses a scrambled form of your connection address and deletes itself within two minutes.

What we never ask for

Your TikTok login, phone number, email, contacts or files. If a page asking for those claims to be SnaqTik, it is not us.

Clearing everything

1. Tap Clear history on the home page.
2. Optionally clear site data: browser Settings → Site settings → snaqtik.com → Clear data.
3. Delete the files themselves from your Downloads folder — see clearing download traces.
