SnaqTik · 2026-10-07
Flights, long bus rides, the countryside — places where TikTok will not load. Save a batch of clips on Wi-Fi beforehand, put them in one folder, and play them back-to-back in airplane mode.
The night before
- Connect to Wi-Fi.
- Paste each link into SnaqTik and save. For tutorials and recipes you will follow along with, choose HD; for entertainment, standard is fine and smaller.
- Move them into a folder like
Tripso they are not mixed with everything else.
How much space?
Roughly 30 clips of 30 seconds take 150–600 MB, depending on quality. Details in file sizes.
Playing them in order
- Android: open the folder in VLC — it plays files one after another.
- iPhone: put the clips in a Photos album and swipe through, or use VLC for automatic playback.
- Laptop: drag the whole folder into VLC to make a playlist.
Kids on the trip?
An offline folder means no autoplay into random content and no ads — you choose exactly what they watch.

Frequently asked questions
Do downloaded TikToks work in airplane mode?
Yes. Once saved, they are normal video files and need no internet.
Can I download on mobile data instead?
Yes, but it uses your data allowance — Wi-Fi is cheaper for big batches.
Will the TikTok app's offline feature do the same?
TikTok's own offline videos stay inside the app and expire; saved files are yours to keep and play anywhere.
