Download TikToks on iPad
SnaqTik · 2026-10-07
iPad works like iPhone with two bonuses: a bigger screen for Split View, and support for USB drives. Safari saves the clip to Files → Downloads; from there you can drag it straight into Photos.
Save the clip
- Copy the TikTok link (from the app or from tiktok.com in Safari).
- Open snaqtik.com in Safari, paste, and tap download.
- Tap the download arrow in the toolbar to see the file.
iPadOS shows the desktop version of websites by default. SnaqTik adapts to any width, so there is nothing to switch.
The Split View shortcut
Open Files and Photos side by side (tap the three dots at the top of a window → Split View). Drag the video from Files → Downloads and drop it into Photos. It is copied instantly — handy when you have saved several clips.
Using a USB drive or SD card
iPads with USB-C accept flash drives directly. In Files, long-press the video → Move → choose the drive. This keeps big archives off the iPad's internal storage.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use Chrome on iPad?
Yes. Chrome on iPad also saves into the Files app; the steps after downloading are the same.
Does Split View work on every iPad?
Split View needs iPad Air 2 or newer, iPad mini 4 or newer, or any iPad Pro. Without it, use Share → Save Video.
Will HD look better on iPad?
Yes — the larger screen makes the difference between HD and standard more visible. Use the HD option when available.
Paste a TikTok link, pick a format, done. Free, HD, watermark-free.
