Download TikToks on a Chromebook

A Chromebook is a browser-first computer, which makes SnaqTik a natural fit. The clip goes to the Files app → Downloads; the built-in Gallery app plays it, and one drag moves it to Google Drive.
Steps
- Open the TikTok video in Chrome and copy the address (Ctrl+L, Ctrl+C).
- Open a new tab (Ctrl+T), go to snaqtik.com and paste (Ctrl+V).
- Choose the format. Chrome shows the download in the bubble at the top right; Ctrl+J opens the full list.
Where it lives
Press the Launcher key and open Files → Downloads. Double-click the MP4 to play it in the Gallery app, which can also trim the clip.
Keep space free with Google Drive
Chromebooks often have small storage. In Files, drag the video from Downloads to Google Drive → My Drive. It stays playable from Drive and frees local space. Need it offline? Right-click → Available offline.
School or work Chromebook?
Managed devices may block downloads or certain sites. That is an admin policy, not an error on our side — ask your administrator, and never try to bypass school rules.

Can I use the TikTok Android app on a Chromebook?
Many Chromebooks run Android apps, but you do not need it: copying the link from tiktok.com in Chrome is quicker.
Why does Chrome say "Download blocked"?
On managed Chromebooks an administrator can block downloads. On personal ones, check Settings → Privacy and security → Site settings → Automatic downloads.
Can I edit the clip?
The Gallery app trims video; for more, web editors like Clipchamp run in the browser.
